We’ve got a modified schedule for the first day of school (September 1). Look at the list below to figure out when you need to show up, then check out the schedule for the rest of the day below that. Don’t be late! If you have any questions, leave a comment down below.

• Link Crew Leaders – arrive by 7:40 AM
  • Lunch will be available for purchase, or you can bring your own
• Freshmen – be outside the gym by 7:50 AM
  • Lunch will be available for purchase, or you can bring your own
• New 10th-12th graders – meet in the library at 10:00 AM
  • You will need to enter from the parking lot at the southwest entrance and follow the signs
  • Lunch will be provided
  • From 10:00 to noon you will be getting an introduction to West: you’ll meet the principal, some staff, the “Trojan Way,” our plethora of opportunities, a tour, etc.
• Everyone else – arrive at school no earlier than 12:20
  • Lunch will NOT be available

8:05-8:20 AM……….Freshmen registration

8:20-9:35 AM……….Opening assembly and activities

9:35-9:40 AM……….Freshmen find Link Crew Leaders

9:40-9:45 AM……….Link Crews move to meeting locations

9:45-11:15 AM……….Meetings with Link Crews

11:15-11:35 AM………School tours

11:35-11:55 AM………Closing assembly

12:00-12:25 PM…….Lunch for Link Crew Leaders and freshmen

AFTERNOON: All students’ school schedule (15-minute classes)

12:25-12:30 PM…….All students should be at school

12:30-12:50 PM…….Advisory (and announcements)

12:55-1:10 PM……….Hour 1

1:15-1:30 PM…………Hour 2
