Locks of Love 2017
Tosa West’s annual hair-donation tradition
On Friday, February 24, students at Wauwatosa West donated their hair to Locks of Love, a charity organization which makes wigs for children suffering from hair loss. Tosa West’s students have donated to this charity for the past 9 years. “The impact of Locks of Love extends beyond hair donation,” said junior Lauren Mayer, one of three students who organized this year’s event. “This single act of kindness encourages students at Wauwatosa West to do good deeds…and embrace the task of paying it forward.”
