With the 2025 school board elections on April 1, 2025, Tosa West journalism students conducted Q&A styled interviews to help people gain a better understanding of who is running and why.
Candidates were asked questions such as:
- What is your connection to the Tosa Community?
- What unique professional or personal perspective will you bring to the board?
- How will you ensure students’ perspectives are represented on the school board?
There are currently 4 seats (1,2,3,&7) available and each seat has two candidates. Each elected candidate will then serve on the committee for 3 years except for seat 7 where that person will only serve for one year.
