Lehman: Hi Ms. Looker.

 

Looker:Hi.

 

Lehman: We’re here to ask you some questions.

 

Looker: Ok, let’s go!

 

Lehman:What is your official job title and how long have you been working for West?

 

Looker: So, I am  the Attendance Administrative Assistant, and this is my 21st year. Year 21.

 

Lehman: What is your comfort movie and why?

 

Looker: What is my what?

Lehman: Comfort movie and why?

 

Looker: Shawshank Redemption, ummm, why? It is just a classic. I just love the story.

 

Lehman: What is something not many people know about you?

 

Looker: That I am really upfront, and I will tell you the truth on how it really is.

 

Lehman: What was your dream job when you were younger?

 

Looker: To be a lawyer.

 

Lehman: If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?

 

Looker: England.

 

Lehman: What is your favorite part of your job?

The kids, working with the kids, love working with the kids.

 

Lehman: What is the worst part of your job?

 

Looker: I think, when kids lie to me.

 

Lehman: What is something about teenagers that confuses you?

 

Looker: Ummm, let’s see. I think…something that confuses me? I guess sometimes, when a kid will make a poor decision and it’s obvious that they’re making a poor decision, but yet they go forward with it anyways.

 

Lehman: How do you think people at this school perceive you?

Looker: Ummm, kind of as a mom figure. Kids know that my door is open all the time. They can come in if they need a place to relax and chill. Um, talk to me. I-I just love having the connection to the kids that I have.

 

Lehman: And lastly, red vines or twizzlers?

Looker: Definitely red vines, and it’s funny you ask, because a kid bought me a bag of those this week and they’re in my desk. And the reason red vines, twizzlers give me headaches
