All Aboard for Tosa West’s Production of Anything Goes!

Come join Wauwatosa West’s acclaimed Trojan Players in their production of “Anything Goes”.

Enjoy the classic Broadway play performed by the nationally recognized Trojan players theater group from Friday April 20th to the 22nd and between April 26th and 28th.

The play follows the antics of stowaway Billy Crocker aboard a London-bound ocean liner as he chases after Hope Harcourt, who he fell in love with at first sight while in a taxi ride. However, she turns out to be engaged to a wealthy English nobleman, and Billy decides to chase after her in an attempt to steal her heart.

What ensues is full of acclaimed musical numbers, such as “Anything Goes” and “I Get A Kick Out Of You” and an engrossing plot.

As scholastic production, the cast and crew learning is part of producing every show.

“This production has given me new opportunity in the dancing aspect of musical theater. I’ve learned new styles of dance from Fosse to tap this year, and it has been an amazing experience.”

One of the highlights of the being a part of a large cast and tech crew are the bonds that develop over the many hours of practice.

“My favorite part about my high school theater career are the bonds of friendship that come with putting on a show. I have met some of my closest friends in this program, and it has been a blast sharing every moment with them in the past four years. I’m truly going to miss it.”  added Balcerzak.
